I have seen this man from other travel agency so many times and doing his own business with them as part time,
when he was an out of office,
He was doing the business for your branch or shall he is doing business for his personal... Explocity redirected me to the Riya travels website which repeatedly kept on crashing. I finally managed to book my tickets but because the website kept crashing so often, the date gets moved to some random computer generated one which is not the date I wanted to travel on. I called up the Riya guys immediately and even explained the situation but they would not budge... on my credit card to Riya Travels & Tours. However, I have not received my ticket yet, even though I furnished all my contact details, that is, email address & my phone number.
