The amount has been paid twice.
The Complaint has been lodged 2 months back.
There is no response by mail or sms.
I have made so many calls and the standard
reply that "It will be settled within 24 hrs".
Everyone in your customer care dept reluctant
to connect to authority, who can give me a
firm reply.
I have incurred so much amount by STD
for a fault for having paid and taken delivery,
assuming that for a standard setup refund
will come automatically, without knowing
the end
