Mrs.A.Thangamalar from Madurai duped me off Rs.68, 500.I had placed an order for 500 pieces of denims which were supposed to be 100% defect free but turned out to be 100% defected.She had taken full responsibility and had assured me time and again that there is nothing to worry and if something goes wrong without making any excuses she will refund my complete amount.However she was informed over 10 days ago about the damaged stock.She initially asked for a couple of hours to get back to me on payment, then requested to send stock back post which she assured me yet again she would return my money within a day of receiving parcel and checking it but she has backed off her word.I gave her further extension until 12th Feb, but in vain.Now madam changes her words completely and says that she had told me that she could only pay if she sold XYZ stock that she says. I have a copy of all our whats app conversations, proof of goods being returned and she receiving it, telephonic conversations where she has given me immense false promises and also her judgement upon receiving the damaged stock back. Her details are as below: A-11, Malligai Apt, Para Sakthi Nagar, Avaniyapuram, Madurai:625012 Ph:+91 [protected] She apparently has a company by the name of Smart Look Exporter (as per her advertisements on the internet) and owns a manufacturing unit along with doing some stocking of surplus garments but does not have a few thousand bucks to pay up.I asked her for a post dated ac payee check for my security and as a proof that her intentions are genuine, which she refused to send claiming that it is risky and she would check with her bank, eventually she never got back. In addition to all this, In spite of being wrong she is trying to justify herself and defaming me. She claims that she works on Rs.5 margin and I on Rs.50 hence potrays lik she is doing me a favour by returning my own money to me. She refuses to accept that this holds no logic and that whether I work on 50 rupees or 100 rupees that is my personal choice and none of her business.It is no justified reason for not returning my money to me.She was the seller and she needs to pay up irrespective.Low margin is no excuse to do fraud.No one stopped her from working on high margins.If rate would not suit me I would not buy.Its as simple as that. Also she claims that I asked her for the denims, which as per her puts me on the wrong and her so called on the right.As though I put her on gun point and asked her to supply me.I had an enquiry and asked if she could arrange.If she could not she should have said No. Its like u need something and u check with your suppliers if they can arrange and if they do provide u with your requirements they have the right to give u garbage only because u enquired and stock was not offered from the front. When I shared what happened with me with other fellow's in the trade a few of them got backing saying that she has done the same with them too.
