A99 Star Mobile — Karbonn titanium s5 plus / i am complaining for their cheating and unethical behavior. | |||
I am Siddharth Gupta from ambala cantt., Haryana. Because of shortage of space i bought a 32 gb memory card . It did not worked after inseating it. I called karbon costumer care they said that please visit our service centre .they gave me its mobile no. with address .i rang 1st one, they said that karbon service is no longer with them so I ranged 2nd one, they didnt picked m phone after manier tries . so i had no option to return my card to amazon. karbon said that please try different brand for your mobile . i faced many problems with returning still i brought strontium 32 gb memory card but that also didnt worked . their records of service centres are not updated . my phones model is - Karbon Titanium S5 plus . on its box they have written that it can support 32gb but this is not the reality . I am cheated by karbon . they have worst service and unethical behavior . so i request you to please make my phone replaced or repaired by karbon service centre as you are the only one who can solve this issue. please make sure that they stop printing wrong information on boxes of their products.. as it is very difficult for me to go to service centre out of my town and the service centres inside m town are very far from my home... I request u to make sure that karbon must send a person who can take my mobile from my home and return it after its repair... my mobile no. is [protected], [protected] . I am sure that you will not break my trust on you as you helped me earlier also... I forgot to mention that the memory cards i have used are ok as i have checked them on m y friends mobile. the problem is only with karbon mobile and karbon company.
