Aadhar — mobile number not updated

Hi,

I had requested for a phone number update on 10 Dec 2016, since it was entered incorrectly at the time of enrollment. This update request was submitted at the enrollment center. Below are details regarding the update:

1) Update Request Number - 1178/54683/24078
2) Updated Phone Number - [protected]
3) Date of request for update - 10 Dec, 2016

The problem is my phone number is still not updated and neither am I able to check my update status since it is saying invalid URN number.
Today I called to customer care and got to know that the document was not sufficient for update so request has been rejected.
I am still unable to understand that if I have given update request with bio-metric verification at enrollment center then what kind of document is required. Is bio-metric verification was not sufficient for update.
If there was additional document required then, why I was not informed at the time of placing update request. Also when I sent an e-mail at [protected]@uidai.gov.in for the same the why I didn't get any response.

Sorry to say but I am completely unsatisfied with the support from UIDAI in this regard.

Bank is saying that my account is linked with aadhar but on ncpl server it is not showing connected, what should i do ?
