Aadhunik Packers And Movers — He is not giving my luggage . | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I have send me luggage from jharsuguda to varanasi from aadhunik. We have deposited the partial amount and remaining was to be given once we received the luggage. But after 2 days he is not giving us proper answer as to where our luggage is. He is harrassing us (Me and wife) and ask us to complain to police for same. Very very unprofessional!
I had a very unpleasant experience in my life because of this movers!
1) No professionalism. They don't even know the size of the vehicle items will fit into.
2) They ask for full payment at the time of loading itself. Then they will not render any efficient service as they won't be responding to calls anymore.
3)No proper labor arrangement. After 5+ hours they arrange third party labourers who are so careless and worthless beyond imagination.
4) All my wooden items/fridge/almirah etc got chipped off and I had to pay again for the repair works. They will not listen to anything just reckless behavior! They are so reckless that they just take out all nuts bolts everything telling you its damaged one also do not fix anything after unloading. Double cost you have to bear for repairs!
5) Full payment has to be done after loading* itself and Once payment they will not even respond to any of your calls. Services as if on mercy. -paisa milgaya ab customer bhaad me jao types!! Pathetic!
At the time of enquiry all refer to the other person or simply say they are not aware of.
For me - Worst experience ever because their pathetic service costs hell!!
