Aadri Infin Ltd — Forged documents showing me as guarantor for business loan i never applied

I mrs. Huma ansari is writing this email to you as the remarks shown on my account is wrong, fake and fraud. As per the cibil, i am being shown as the guarantor for a business loan taken by my brother in law in mumbai for which i had never signed any papers nor given any documents.

I have spoken to the employes at aadriltd and they told me that my documents have been given as guarantor along with the agreements duly signed in the month of oct 2015. I told them that we have shifted to new delhi in feb 2015 and since then we are staying in new delhi itself and then never been to mumbai after that. I told them that if they are saying that i have signed the documents then show me the authentic documentary proofs along with the verification report stating that they have met me in person at the given address in mumbai.

I had spoken to my brother in law many times to close the loan but he is saying that he dont have the funds to pay and will pay as soon he gets the money.

Now i do receive calls from them some times asking me to pay the money for the loan which i have never taken and its a fraud done with me and both the customer and the finance company are to be blamed.

Now i hereby request you to kindly look into the matter with the finance company or else i will have to take legal action against both of them.

If you check my cibil score till march 2016 it was 800 but after this fraud its down to 657 which is affecting a lot on my credentials. I had sent many mails to them but no one is responding.
