I received a letter from aakash education services private limited that there was the bonus for the year 2016-17 rs 24, 320. And there was due rs 6423 i need to pay aakash education services private limited for not serving the notice period of one month.
But i as it's my career i didn't want to spoil my career for rs 6423. But when i send the email that i am living the company that time there was no reply for hr and that time it was not informed that i need pay rs 6423.
After 6month i got the notice for that. I need to due amount rs 6423 as i was not complete my notice period why after 6th month? Before 5th month no one notice that some employ left the company.
One of my ex employed paid in month august due amount but still now she did not got any document, she getting same letter again and again that she need to pay due amount.
I am ready to pay due amount but i need confirmation that they will pay my bonus cheque and experience letter
