Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I Wish to Share that My Daughter Prakriti Dwivedi (Above Mentioned ID Number) has been enrolled With Aakash Institute, Rajajinagar, bengaluru for the Offline Week End Classes for NEET Preparation Since Last Year.

Sunday (20th Aug'23) She Left Her Pouch at the Desk After the Class, Which Contained Pen Drive with Lots of Study Material (Most Important), Money & One Silver Coin.
She Immediately Informed to Aakash Institute thru Phone & Whatsapp.

Prakriti Went to Attend Next Class on Next Saturday & Asked.
Maid at Aakash has Identified the Pouch, She Got (Grey Colour) & Kept in Lost & Found Items.
Unfortunately Other Student Picked & Kept, Prakriti Could Not Find the Same.
She has been Told that Will be Checked thru CCTV to Find Who Picked the Same Wrongly, Waiting for the Same Action.

Requested Aakash team to look into & Help to get the Pouch Back.
Other things Are Immaterial for us, Pen Drive is Most Important, as it Contains All Her Hard Work of Last Year & Current Year Study Material.

Sent Above Mail to Their Care & Grievance Mail Ids a Weeks Back & After That No Response.
Then I Got Response that Issue has been Resolved Without Any Call/ Response/ whatsapp/ Return of Lost Item.
Again I Worte to Their Care & Grievance Mail Ids a Weeks Back & After That No Response.
Then I Got Response tonight that Issue has been Resolved Without Any Call/ Response/ whatsapp/ Return of Lost Item.

Pls Help me to Get the Lost Item.
How can Aakash Institute be so Irresponsible to Own the Thing
