I had enrolled for aakash online crash course for neet on 17th March. I was told that the study material for the course would be delivered to my place...since the course is starting from 19th March, I called the aakash customer care to enquire about the delivery of books and they gave me aakash helpline no. [protected] for dispatch related issues. I have been repeatedly trying to call on this no. but I have always got the response that the counsellors are busy & to try after sometime, also the call gets immediately disconnected. when I again called aakash customer care they were not receiving the call at all.
