Aakash Institute — Regarding book distribution

I am a student of Aakash, kerala, calicut I think this institute is the worst institute i've ever seen in my life. i'm a student of class 12. i've not recieved any books of 11th standard which is included in my package the receptionists here are just so rude to the students and parents if they come to complain, they just continue to argue with us Due to some health problems I was not able to attend classes in february and March and I informed in the institute about this Now they are telling that since I didn't attend the class I will not get the books of plus one which was distributed to others . Me or my parents were not informed about this I paid the complete fees also. please take necessary action towards this so that this may not happen to any student in future. It is the responsibility of the institution to make sure that all enrolled students get all the books if they have paid the fees
