Aakash Institute — Waiting or deposit to be refunded

I was promised to receive my deposit money back by the end of February and now it's 09th March. I have been contacting in charge
Shilpa from the Pusa branch for the last 10 days and every time I have been told it will take 1-2 days .

This is really frustrating, Kindly refund my deposit as soon as possible otherwise I have to take it further.

Please note my son Bhavya Jaggi doing IIT-Jee Mains and advance from Pusa road branch would like to leave the institute with immediate effect due following reasons:

1) Batch started without intimating us as we recruited him for the June batch in March 2021 . Results were expected from schools in May 2021 due covid but were forced to start in April 2021 . Was told no batch after April (misguided and wrong information and was forced to pay fees).
2)Not providing back up classes, no discussions whether the student has understood or not. Just carrying on for the sake of finishing the course.
3) I feel we have been cheated and my sons almost 1 yr have been spoiled.
4) My son is disappointed and has not been attending classes for the last 2 months and earlier also he didn't attend for 01 month. I complained about this to the branch but no action was taken. It happened for 1-2 days and then it stopped.

We would like you to remove my son's name from the institute with immediate effect and return my security and fee's money deposited till yet.
