We have purchased one hp laser jet printer-m 1005 mfp from a dealer in patna, bihar in july 2015.Its serial no is cnh8h17c4y.Hardly one month after its purchase it has developed snan and we are getting vague print outs which is illegible.As we are a banking organization we are facing great hardship due to this.Please rectify at the earliest.

Thank you for choose HP, base on your printer's issue, could you please let me know if you have already tried to replace the toner after you bought the printer? If you do and the issue still exits, I recommend that you bring the printer to your nearest local service center to have a test.
