My vein will be very thin, each time they take blood test, they are trying 3 to 4 times, finally one senior person is coming with big needle and taking blood for test, so i am informing this asking for senior person. but ...
this time also i went on 02.10.2023, i am informing this asking for senior person, but they have not at all listening the words, one lady came with sneezing nose, she is not even able to see properly, because already she is having cold and sneezing. tried to take blood. but not able to take, i got finally pain and swelled.
again the next lady came, she is also doing the same without listening my words, she tried. not able, that hand also swelled in that place.
finally i came without taking blood, if we compliant to the incharges and ask for the senior person they told they went for leave, they dont even agreeing their mistakes. they are asking, if you want to take you can take or leave.
Running a lab with new comers and playing with vein of the customer each time is not at all advisable.
not all the patients, will come this type of issues. atleast they should appointment one senior for the exceptional people like me. Again i should find a holiday, reach the venue. and taking blood test. waste of time and energy. also the pain, we need to face once again. Was this information helpful? |
