This is a trap to snach money from people. There rules are set very deliberately to trap people out of their own mistakes. One is bound to do atleast one mistake in one page and they say you can only maximum 120 mistakes in a project. And in 250 pages how can you resist from this. You will complete your work and they won't pay you anything in return and will say that there are many mistakes and as per the rules you are not eligible for the payment and security money to be refunded.
