02 tickets (ME AND MY WIFE)booked from hyderabad to mumbai, operator: New Dhanunjaya Travels, PNR: ABRS 330509 Departure 26 jan 2015 1030 pm. The tickets booked were 19, 20, but on reaching the boarding point we were told our tickets were changed to 17, 18. without any courtesy or prior intimation. The buses started from the boarding point and broke down after travelling 100 km at 0030 hrs. The driver and concerned individuals kept saying it will get repaired soon. At 0330hrs we were told that mechanics is likely to come after 1 hr. I told them that i had a flight to catch at 1600 hrs from mumbai, the everything fell into deaf ears. The operators have shown atmost lack of responsibility and concern for the passengers. Due to the irresponsibilty of the operators i had to get back to hyderabad and likely to miss the flight from mumbai.. even for the refund i was told i have to go back to the hyderabad office. i request a stern/ strict action may be taken against the bus operators and may pay for the mental tension and agony that me and my wife had to face and the refund of the tickets. If no action is taken i may be forced to register a case in consumer court against the mental torture and agony that we had to meet. Regards Hari.
