Hello, i have booked bus ticket from bangalore to vijayawada on 13 dec 2018 with journey date 11 jan 2019. I was waiting for my bus on 11 th jan at scheduled boarding point. As the bus didnt reach even after scheduled time, i called the bus operator and he was saying that bus got cancelled 15 days back only and they claimed that they informed me about this through message and call. However, i didnt get any message or call from the abhi bus or bus operator. When i have questioned them on same, the bus operator was not responding properly and they asked me to check with abhi bus only. When i called abhi bus they informed that they didnt get the bus cancellation details from bus operator and they can't do anything on this. Finally i had paid double amount (Around 3000 rupees as it was pongal festival season) and travelled to the destination.
