I have traveled from Bangalore to nellore in KKAVERI TRAVELS by using abhibus app. Bus didn't called me and I have contacted abhi bus customercare. after a long conversation with abhibus they have given one contact number his name is Mallikarjuna reddy. he is using foul laungauge and not giving any respect to the customers.

I have booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to Vijayawada on 22nd Nov 2021.
Now since my plans changed, I wanted to cancel my ticket or reschedule 2 individual dates for the same. Both the requests were denied, and customer care told only premium members can cancel. Premium membership is 199 bucks and a full refund will be done.

I didn't understand why normal booking will not have cancellation, and my booking...

I booked a bus in Abhi bus and the trip was totally horrible. It was like town bus N number of stops and seat was totally congested no leg room such a horrible bus ever seen. When I called them they replied they are traveling in another route, they informed me before...

Bus arrived at the stop before the given time and i am a lady and I cannot chase the bus in the midnight if called to the bus driver and requested to wait for 5 min

But he said we don't wait for even for one min and cut the call I keep on calling him but he didn't respond...

I have booked two tickets on 29.03.2021 vide booking id No. AT[protected] from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. While booking the ticket, the dates were erroneously taken as 29.03.2021(default date) instead of 01.04.2021. AFter receiving the message, i immediately called to the customer care, who told that we cannt cancel the ticket now and gave me another number (drivers/owerns number). This is one of the leading ticket booking administrator in India, particularly in South India.I don't have a clue how it got that much popularity with poor administrations.

I've booked ticket using abhi bus for travelling in a Volvo bus. Instead they alloted me a normal bus. When I raised complaint they assured me a refund. It is not being provided yet. Hi I have booked a sleeper ticket from Jaipur to Gwalior. I booked lower sleeper but when bus arrived, they didnt given me seat which i booked. They given me upper seat. Also they didnt informed be this before.

I booked a tickect in abhi bus from hyderabad to Tirupati on date 3 nov 2020 but actually i want travel on 5 nov 2020 i mistakley booked ticket on same date. I paid 1730 rs for two tickets.so i contacted the ticket very immediately but i didn't get single rupee from abhi bus.so contacted to abhi bus help desk they didn't even giving respect to customer.
