I booked my ticket and pickup point time was 02:15PM but got call at 12:50PM and asked me to come to pickup point at 1:00PM.
This is ridiculous and i booked for my parents (senior citizens) and difficult to reach in 10 mins of time from home to pickup point.
When I asked Driver - he don't knw anything and asked to call helpdesk which is useless and not picked call.
I asked for refund but they denied. Still i do not knw why bus got cancelled and asked me to come at 1:05 PM.
I did not travel and booked 5 tickets - worst experience for me and please opt for good travels for your parents. Was this information helpful? |
