Dear team,
We have booked a bus of srs travels using abhibus app on 21/12/2018 for the dep time 06.30 pm on 28/12/2018.
We are damn sure that we booked the bus for evening time (06.30 pm) and very surprised to know that the bus has been booked for morning time. On checking the msg and mails also it was simply written as 06.30 without mentioning am or pm.
While contacting srs travels the response was very bad and they directed us to contact abhibus but while when contacting abhibus they are simply giving sorry for the case not even helped us to change the bus timing.
Pls take sufficient step to get my money refund. As this is hard-earned money kindly treat this case on priority and help us.
