As per the act if I don't use the services or goods how am I not eligible for refund. And also my tickets being sold to someone as I dont board the bus
I asked for a refund for my tickets as I was not well and couldn't travel and hence I had sent an email but there came an email that I and not eligible for refund.
And also I have booked the tickets same day so how does the terms and conditions fit.
I need a refund for my hard earned money 1, 400/-
