Dear Team,
I tried booking bus tickets from your website. After selecting the bus and seat, I paid the amount via upi.
After it was successful, I got a pop up saying "sorry your seat is filled" also I got a message that it was unsuccessful and I will get a refund. Based on this information, I booked an alternative bus using my personal contact.
Post this, I'm getting a message from abhibus that my booking is confirmed. Plese cancel and I need the full refund immediately!
I called the customer support, he told he has escalated it and he requested me to write an email with screenshot of message.

Now the customer support executive is not really helping and I get a message saying my trip is confirmed.
Plese resolve and initiate refund today itself.
