My name is srivardhan I have recently booked a ticket from kurnool to hyderabad on[protected] In confusion i booked that ticket on 15th actually my journey was supposed to be on 16th january. I will accept that was my mistake 100%. But before journey i didn't get any message from abhi bus or salabham travels (Executive class) for every journey i will get a message before my journey with bus details and contact number of the driver. This time i didn't get any information about that "why". I need a response immediately if not i know how to proceed. That salabham idiots don't even know english, telugu, hindi.
