I booked travel for my parents and pickup time was 02:15 PM but suddenly i got call at 12:50PM and asked me to come to pickup point at 1:10PM.
Within 10-15 mins my parents (senior citizens) cannot go to pickup points bu driver not infoemd why bus got cancelled and arranged earlier bus quickly.
Customer support call is not working and finally i opted another way of transportation for my parents and did not travel.
When i called customer care they told raised some ticket for refund status but did not get any call and i know i have to followup for next 2-3 days like begging.
They are not considering for customers problem and worries; we are booking tickets for senior citizens for their comfortable and safety.
