Abhibus Services India — Worst customer service and response from abhibus customer care and agent | |||||
Here i would like to inform i booked ticket from abhi bus website on 05/06/2016. Tirupathi to bangalore actual arrival time is given in ticket 11.55 and after that i called agent he didn't respond and waited up to 2 o clock and again i called to abhi bus customer care and they connected conference call to bus drive and given answer we don't have your name in our chart so we left from the destination. So after so many follow ups and calling continuously to abhibus customer care regarding the amount of ticket there is no response from them.
