I have written mail to Abhibus after reading FAQ mail reference number Attn (Ticket ID :697511) To who ever it may concern I am regular user of your services while travelling currently I am abhicash of 322 and today received a mail saying 222 is about to expire by 31st May But I request you I don't have immediate travel plan But Yes I have to travel in June can you extend that date So I can use that in coming month or so. As from your site learnt that I can't transfer the said money in my bank account nor on paytm on which they send me again there FAQ for which as following send reply but no reply from them after that This mail of yours doesn't satisfied my query I have written mail after reading FAQ I have simple question when I have balance which your company says 322 out of which 222 is going to expired on 31st May are you going to extend that tenure or not. Secondly I have booked tickets thru Redbus as well as PayTM they keep my balance as it is till next booking then why not with your company (they also allow me to transfer that money to my bank account.. I do understand company to company policy change but when I asking for extension of that period don't you think it is cheating a customer by restricting him for limited period and pressurizing him by saying your money which you earn is of no use if you don't redeem that??
