My father had taken a person loan from Abhyudaya Bank and he was paying his EMI properly on time. Just during the lockdown phase he delayed the payment for two months. Without intimating him personally they decreased his cibil score by giving reasons of overdue in July 2021. I just want to know is this the way you deal with customers? Is this your humanity? Today, my father cannot take other loan because of low cibil. If this is the way you treat your customers and your staffs as king and queen; I guarantee you there won't be any potential customers for this bank in the future. Was this information helpful? |
