Hi all,
This is to let you know that Abhyudaya Developers (B RAJANNA alias RAJU GOWDA) is a bogus company and this person is a big time fraudster. He has cheated more than 100 people who purchased sites in one of the project (Lotus Garden) which is located in Mandur village, Budigere cross. All o[censored]s who purchased sites have paid the full amount and registered the sites in 2011, however till date the project is not completed and RAJANNA is not even returning our money back nor is completing the project. This fraudster is happily enjoying his life with our hard earned money. Inspite of multiple follow ups and discussions none of his commitments have been fulfilled. I am sharing few photos of the project in present condition and you will know what we are all suffering by investing in this project.
Request you to not believe RAJANNA and invest in any of his projects such as sky city, aero city, Villa projects, etc.
We have lodged a police complaint and also filed a legal case against this company and RAJANNA in specific. His office in Indiranagar is also closed now because of this reason. Please be careful with this person as he is a big scamster.
