despite being a govt firm i think bsnl does not want to go on with its operation in jk as no one is ready to listen to the customer.the complaints go unnoticed as the executives look sleepy & unwilling to assist .then what the hell are they paid for..the females at the bsnl office are seen busy chating with friends & enjoying meals..the company should wind up & leave the field open for the private enterprises who respect the customer views & problems...i m fed up with bsnl now Was this information helpful? |
