Abn Amro — Two time paid card closure amount

Dear Sir,
By mistake we have been paid twice for RBS/ABN-AMRO card closure payment .One by me and second one from my lawyer so please tell me how would I get back additional money?Details are as follows.

We wrote so many times three reminder to customercare.[protected]@phoenixarc.co.in
But no response from them
