This mobile is purchased on 16.5.16 from m. S. Corporation. Bangalore. Same was handed over to ur service centre at indranagar, bangalore. First they reset the phone with soft ware. Again they told to see for one day. Next day again same problem i handed over to service centre. First they said baterry to be replaced. I agreed and told to change. Nextday that is today 17.7.18 they told board is gone, baterry to be replaced, port is gone. Etc. What ever they have told in ur service centre i have followed.
I think this is a manufacturing defect since my relative has same j7 with similar problem swicthing off at 50%. Kindly rectify my mobile since it is a manufacturing defuct. Kindly treat this as a notice and reply within 7days from today. Since i am planning to file in consumer court hardly phone has served for 2years. Again dont say phone is dropped since it is not dropped even once. Ur service centre also not pointed that phone is fallen because this is standered tricks used by companies.
