Worst service ever...(. - Abt villivakkam office) ... In my bill the amount written was 914 rs but they asked me to pay 1500 rs and when I asked him for a detailed bill (ie by mentioning separate amounts for packing, transportation, door pick up etc), he hesitated... He was scolding me if I ask any information regarding my parcel... I have also mentioned door delivery while availing this service but he didn't mention anything about it in the bill and I had to go and collect my parcel from Kunnamkulam office(kerala)
