I dropped my luggage on the the 22ne of October expecting a delivery in atleast a week. I had asked them prior to booking coz i needed the books by the time i got home. I called them up a week after and they said that the shipment is still lying in the office. And extremely unprofessional. Coimbatore head office does not respond to anything. They say they'll call you back but they don't. They block your number. They stop answer your calls and finally you end up not knowing anything about your boxes. It's been 10 days today and still no sign. And the tracking (which j started getting only.today) says that it is still lying in Bangalore. Can anyone take responsibility for this ??

For me only the customer service centre responded. The ones in Mangalore were highly unprofessional and irresponsible.
