I had given a small shipment to ABT parcel service for Mysore from Bangalore thru AWB # 431108 on 22/10/23 but it has not reached the customer as yet...
when i spoke to ABT person about this he says the parcel has been misplaced and that ABT will pay full invoice amount of the same, however he refuses to acknowledge on mail or written consent that the parcel has been misplaced.
Please help provide full refund of the Invoice value or return the goods back to us in proper condition.
