Abt Parcel Service — person in abt sholinghur branch

I'm dr.jayavel.i booked 60kgs of books as parcel and need to send paramakudi, while booking I was asking cost details, the person in that sholingur abt parcel service replied harshly and told I can't tell details of what you are asking, if you want to book, you book otherwise leave. This s the third time that same person behaving like this.Is this the way to behave with customers??, last December I booked same parcel (60 kg of books plus one foldable table)of now from Thrissur to sholingur which costs around just 500, Nw asking cost around 1200 excluding GST ( plus GST 60), I lost my opinion on abt which I nw think worst service .take necessary actions if you want give good service.
