I am also facing the same issue. Got an email from Accenture after completion of the technical round, saying "You've cleared the previous round and made it to the HR interview". After some time the same day, the status changed to "We regret to inform you that your credentials have not met our selection or verification criteria. We have closed your application and will not be going forward with your candidature."
I did not even get any calls/emails on the further steps and how come my application got closed. My point-of-contact HR is not responding to my emails.

They have rejected or BGV fails...i think these r d reasons

I’ve completed my HR interview too, also discussed about CTC and HR asked me to upload documents in portal but the portal was showing blank all the time, I’ve called the support team many times but got no proper response from them. Suddenly when I saw the portal yesterday, got that message and the application got closed.
Even after clearing all the rounds and completing HR round, I don’t think they can reject just like that . I didn’t even submitted my details because of portal instability so they can’t reject for BGV also. I don’t understand without any reason how they closed the application.
