Accenture India — Delay in Job offer letter after completing all rounds

Hi, I am Prem Pal my CID: C9613824. I have cleared all mandatory rounds including hr round on 8th July 2021 and submitted all required documents as they requested.

On 9th July 2021 morning received below email.

I called them couple of times every time they said you will be getting offer email soon. but till now 29th September 2021 didn't received offer letter.
