Accenture India — PF Transfer Issue - MH/BAN/45665/276081

Hi,

I am Vinay (emp id 1180378) and my LWD with Accenture was 08/02/2020.

I have issue transferring PF from Accenture to Current Employer Cargill Business Services.

I sent more than 30 emails to Accenture pf email ID but did not get resolution.

I am getting error while transferring the PF balance from Accenture pf account to my current organization (Cargill Business Services) pf account. Below are the details.

Capgemini PF Number: PYKRP[protected]

Rejection Reason:
Your Claim [ Claim Id - MHBAN[protected] ] has been rejected due to : 1) WAGES MORE THAN 15000 THEN ALSO EPS CONTRIBUTION DEDUCTED BY ESTABLISHMENT, PLZ CONTACT TO ESTTB 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS

Could you please help me.

Previous Employer - Capgemini
Current Employer - Cargill

I am attaching the PF statements of all 4 companies and Claim details.

Note: Capgemini PF balance is already transferred to Cargill (current employer) and IBM PF is fully withdrawn.
