This is Sagar. M, regarding a concern of my employment in Accenture. I am an Engineering graduate who joined Accenture as Fresher on 19th Sept 22' in Bengaluru Location as Associate Software Engineer.
I was promoted as a permanent employee in Accenture.
I'm writing this as Few weeks back I was Forced to resign my employment in a single day stating I have Violated Company Policy by using WBSE for sharing my colleague during Training which I have done unknowingly.
During my Stream Training period few junior colleagues circulated Mis-leading Information to me that after training you will be allotted with some Recognition points that we can use through Training WBSE. Due to that reason, I had once Shared recognition points to a colleague to a colleague, at that point I thought it was a kind of benefits provided by Accenture as we received points for wellness corner and was unaware about WBSE code and Company policy at initial stage of my employment. As we did not get any prior instructions, I got a warning mail for sharing RP points after that I haven't used, and I have informed my TL regarding this. I haven't used again. And Organization should have not kept the portal open to share the Points without prior notice.
On 27th Sept 23' HR and ER specialist had a connect with me and asked about the RP usage I have explained the same to them in detail, in spite she told to send a confession mail for apology purpose and also forced to mention I have violated company policy.
On 25th Oct 23' I had a call with HR and forced to resign immediately or will terminate my employment without giving any notice period.
This is very crucial point to remove from Accenture as I have done this without prior knowledge as we I was still Fresher joined 2 months before the incident happened.
After joining I have completed my stream training with 78% in first attempt and performed well in my project too and I'm very hard-working.
I Kindly request to take my Concern/request regarding my employment and retain my employment as it was done with zero Knowledge. I promise and ensure that I will not repeat any such misconduct further and allow me to Re-join. Was this information helpful? |
