Accenture India — Unable to login to tekstac accenture learning portal

Hi Team,
My username is - ase_19feb24_94. I have selected for Accenture and even got the pre-learning modules and l have been working on them from the past 2 days. But since this morning(22 Feb 2024), I am unable to login to my account. My login credentials are showing invalid in the learning portal (https://accenturelearning.tekstac.com/login/index.php). I have tried ‘Forgot Password’ as well, but I am not receiving any resets links to my registered mail. Therefore, I am unable to reset the password as well.
I have the deadline of just 19 days ahead of this, please kindly assist me in sorting the issue. Thank you.
