Accor Business And Event Management — Fraud Holiday package and club membership

I paid 85000/- for the holiday package for 3years on 3rd Sept 2022. Till date no response received on the membership card and when I am trying to book the holiday, nobody picking my call. I would be taking legal actions to get my money, but kindly help to get my money and resolved this complaint.
