I hereby submit the complaint regarding service my vehicle glamour fi. Yesterday (03.10.2019) i give my vehicle for service. The ace motors kozhikode taken the vehicle l as sl 49 for service. Today 4.102.019 i approach the dealer for getting my vehicle after service. But they not service my vehicle advised me the manager santhosh regarding service is only next day. If you have any problem you compliant any where we can do what i decide. He shouted me and shamed with other people. I am afraid to give the vehicle for service due to change of parts of my vehicle. He say something like that commends. Previously i had reported the poor service behaving of the service manager. He not willing to accept my complaints..
