The offer letter given to Mr. Mukul Bhatt on April 12th, 19, 2019. He accepted the offer letter and he was in direct communication with the Employer . The employer gave him his passport and another employee passport for making his Visa subject as for offer letter he had to go to Ghana and complete formalities before getting the work permit from Ghana Government Manpower dept. . The employer had offered him accommodation only on joining that is completing the formalities. he deliberately fought with the employer. Mr. Mukul Bhatt himself made us trouble and also made me losses as I pay staff and he has paid me advance INR 20K only after he got his visa made which is attached in the attachment. I returned his 2K INR also when Covid lock down was there. he asked me to help him so I promoted his original CV with his own contact details so any one can directly contact him to all African and GCC Nations from the database which has been made for helping to do recruitment. The said candidate is already working in Ghana . how he went I do not know . he has not spoken to me . Due to Covid there was lots of restrictions . But I was working and have sent his CV to so many clients & organizations which data has been made since 2008 onwards which I have. Only recently he mailed me a mail without informing that he was malicious for helping and wasting our precious time. Ungrateful people . Staff was paid payment even before he paid some thing which he was supposed to pay on offer letter. which I did not take as we also know every people have problems. I have not done anything wrong and the staff who worked in 2019 have gone and now married and settled down. they will not come again to work . besides him another person from Uganda also was offered the job . he also was having problem of accommodation. In gulf countries people share and stay nicely. All countries people share same accommodation. there is no differed between an Indian and any6 other country people . Here all Indians are having problems of finance at the moment. candidates should have their responsibilities also once they sign and make Visa they should go and not argue. the employer was in India recently . They should have complained about it against the employer as he comes to India to take manpower directly also. his passport copy was there . I checked with the employer staff they told me he could have made his visa again and come . Holiday season if any one wants to join they cannot accommodate as no one is in office that point of time .
