Acharya Nagarjuna University — B.Pharmacy Consolidated Marks memo not received

I have applied for B.Pharm consolidated marks memo on March 31, 2015.They told that it takes 1 month to get the memo.They have not given any receipt of application when asked.They simply told me that receipt is not necessary and memo will be sent by post.But I havenot received my memo till date.These people willingly dont send the memos for months together, and when the candidate approaches the Pariskha Bhavan, they ask for bribe.Only after paying the bribe, do we get the memos.Same thing happened to many of my friends.
