Acliv Technologies Pvt Ltd — Not Giving Salary on Time

Hello, I am working in Acliv Technologies from past 4 month, project of verse innovation (Client Location), now they start delaying in salary, not giving proper date for credit of salary, kindly do some thing for this type of company . When we asked about salary with them, they are treating like 3rd class servant. He told, I am a owner, when ever I want, I will give you that time, you people can't say anything. He is giving indirectly threat to all o[censored]s, that I will fire all the employees, if you people will say anything. This is my policy, i can change any time We said, at least you can inform 1 month back, so that we can save our money for 2nd month, but they told, whenever we want we can send u the notice. we have to give our rent and bill on 1st of every month, I have to send money to my sister for her fees on 1st, tell how will we manage. We all Acliv Employees facing same problem, but because of fear, they are not coming forward apart from some employees. Kindly do something from your side as soon as possible. Thanks, PReti
