Acmegrade Private Limited — Refund not provided even after requesting within hours of registration

I enrolled for a Data Science training + internship program by Acmegrade (also known as Acmerged Pvt Ltd) on 21st July 2025 by paying ₹1000 as registration fee.

Within a few hours, I politely requested a refund as I decided not to continue. I had not accessed any course material. However, their representative simply said that registration fees are non-refundable which was not informed to me clearly during the registration process.

I am a student, and ₹1000 is a significant amount. I feel this is unethical, and I request either a refund or legal guidance. There should be transparency and a refund policy shared before taking money from students.
