Acropetal Technologies — Company not depositing PF since past 3 years

Hello Sir, I would like to bring this to your notice that Acropetal Technlogies Pvt. Ltd. have been doing fraud with its employee and indian govt. as they deduct PF(employee and employer's contribution) which they are deducting every month from our salary. I have been working in Acropetal technologies Pvt. Ltd. for past 3 years. They have been deducting PF from my salary since july 2012, but i found that the PF is not been submitted by company. Can you please check this and take necessary action. I found myself helpless in this case, so i would be very thankful to you if you can take necessary actions against the company or tell me the procedure to be followed if something is to be dine from my end.
