Hi team,

I have enrolled for "People Soft HCM" course and the entire course details was given by the "Sales rep - Harini".

She said that the Course which I have enrolled is having full hands on practical training with 3 real time projects.

The sales rep - Harini guided till I pay the fees - Rs.28320(including GST) and once I paid the fees she didn't responded properly and now she is saying they are not having the "People Soft " Server with them and only possible with Theory classes.

Also as per the ACTE policy the refund will be initiated with in 7 days if no proper classes is failed to taken by the trainer.

Now, am asking the refund before the date cut off date and they are strongly disagreeing that they didn't agreed for the practical session even though I have the written proof of the course Brochure.

Please take necessary action!
