NO FALSE COMMITMENT OR INFORMATION WERE MADE OR PROVIDED.
ALL INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED ON AN EMAIL BEFORE PAYING A SINGLE PENNY.
POSITIVE REPORT WAS PROVIDED TO INITATE WITH PROFILE MARKETING.

In fact, same is with the Immigration costing charged by the Government themselves (which is NON-REFUNDABLE).
Like for example:
You pay the Passport fee first before getting the passport.
A Visa Stamping fee is payable before getting the visa.
You pay for the Flight tickets first and then board the plane. You never say that let me land at the location first and then I shall pay the flight tickets.
In fact, even, the Landing Fee, IELTS Exam Fee, ECA Fee is payable at the initial step.

Thanks for your review, However, We checked our record and received your review allegation and inappropriate today. Even after informing on continuous basis to submit your fee you have not submitted the fee, and no authority will even register your application if there is any delay, no submission, fake documents or no documents submission arises. AS A PROOF WE HAVE PROVIDED THE DEMANDS OF THE INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES STILL NO RESPONSE YOU HAVE HAD PROVIDED INSTEAD YOU KEPT ON ARGUING. Thus, we concluded that you DO NOT HAVE ANY DOCUMENTS WHICH THE UNIVERSITIES IS AND CAN ASK FOR thats the reason you didn't paid the fee.

Till date we haven't received any updating on your fee submission and documents from your end. So either way if you're not verifying your documents or authority fees no international company will entertain you. Even in Indian organisations companies ask for PCC of each an every employee.
