Im a manohar with epass application number[protected]. I had graduated with first class with distinction in 2017 from adams engineering college palvoncha 507115. Since one and half year college was holding my certificates being a distinctive without certificates im unable to work in any core companies. I reported college so many times but they were ordered 78000 rupees to provide certificates. But in epass official website it is shows your scholarship was pending at college. Being a poor background i was unable to pay 78000 rupees so please help me to collect my graduation certificates if not we are unable to survive it leads to suicidal attemption.
